FAQ

Which summer leadership camps does SILC offer in Switzerland for summer 2025?

We are excited to expand our summer camp offerings with a new programme at the stunning Les Roches campus in Crans Montana – the Swiss Teen Summit. At the same time, we continue to run our highly popular signature summer leadership camp in Gstaad.

  • Swiss Teen Summit – Crans Montana: Designed for students aged 14-17, this camp is an excellent follow-up for those who previously attended our programme in Lausanne. It focuses on leadership, entrepreneurship, and adventure in an inspiring international setting.
  • Gstaad summer leadership camp: Open to students aged 7-10 and 11-17, this flagship programme offers a unique blend of leadership development, teamwork, and outdoor activities in the prestigious Gstaad Valley.

Why did SILC move its camp from the programme in Lausanne to the summer camp in Crans Montana and Gstaad?

SILC Academy no longer holds its camp at the Lausanne campus as we have chosen to focus on boutique learning experiences that better align with our values and goals. This approach allows us to maintain smaller camp sizes, ensuring a high-quality leadership development programme with personalised attention and care.
By moving to our premium campuses in Crans Montana and Gstaad we offer modern accommodation with en-suite bathrooms, and the far majority of our activities—whether in the mountains, lakes, cities, or forests—are right on our doorstep. This means less time on long bus rides and more time for incredible adventures!

What makes the new campuses in Crans Montana and Gstaad unique compared to the old programme in Lausanne?

Our new summer campus at Les Roches in Crans Montana and our existing campus in Gstaad have allowed us to introduce exciting new opportunities. These include enhanced networking with local organisations and expanded outdoor adventure activities.

While the settings have changed, the core principles of our curriculum remain the same. However, our boutique locations now offer greater comfort, ensuring a personalised and enriching experience for every student. Our strong focus on leadership, entrepreneurship, and teamwork continues to guide every aspect of the programme.
